What is Coaching?

Coaching aims to help you achieve clarity and confidence to enable you to work through issues that are holding you back from fulfilling your life goals.

A coach specialises in personal development. I work with you to help you make changes to your life and lifestyle. A coach is different to a psychotherapist and counsellor. These professions play an important role in helping clients come to terms with past issues affecting their emotional wellbeing. Coaching is for those of you who need to take action and do not need therapy. I focus on the here and now looking at your current circumstances to identify what action needs to be taken for you to pursue a future that you want.

Together we will come up with solutions that are right for you, what you want to do, your skills and how you can get a job using those skills.

My Specialist Areas

My training and experience coaching individual and corporate clients as an Occupational Psychologist has highlighted the importance in looking at all aspects of an individuals life to achieving success. Successful coaching means helping people to understand themselves better, to explore what’s concerning them or holding them back and to identify ways forward.

As well as being a qualified Occupational Psychologist, I am also a Certified Practitioner in NLP , Time Line Therapy , Hypnotherapy and I am qualified to use Level A and B psychometrics.
